Entrance tickets are issued with the visitors name printed on it. That’s why you must provide ID Card of each participant when booking. This’s a regulation from the monument’s management.

On the day of the tour, it is essential to bring the provided document. It is MANDATORY to present at the security control, and without it, we cannot guarantee your access. Copies/images are accepted.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation of paid services or other services and/or products paid in advance, the following charges will apply:

If cancelled at least 5 calendar days in advance, no cancellation fee will be applied.
If cancelled between 4 and 3 calendar days before, a cancellation fee of 50% will be applied.
If canceled within 48 hours before the tour departure time, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.

Admission ticket of event, attraction, theater, museum, monument or show: NON-REFUNDABLE IN ANY CASE.

Tour that begins during a period of special events: NON-REFUNDABLE IN ANY CASE. This includes, among others, trade fairs, holidays or national holidays, New Year, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter.
