Cancellation policy

Regarding services and/or products paid in advance, the following cancellation charges will apply:

If canceled at least 1 calendar day before the tour, no cancellation fee will be applied. Entrance to the monument issued in advance within the specified, NON REFUNDABLE.
If canceled within 24 hours prior to the tour departure time, a cancellation fee of 100% will be applied.
