Regarding to services and/or products paid in advance, the following charges will apply:

If cancelled at least 1 calendar day before the tour no cancellation fee will be applied about the amount of the guided tour. Admission ticket managed ahead of time by seasonal circumstances, NON REFUNDABLE.
If canceled within 24 hours before the tour departure time, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.

Guided tour that begins during a period of special events: NON-REFUNDABLE IN ANY CASE. This includes, National fests, Christmas and Easter.
