- Dress code. The Cathedral reminds it’s essential to preserve respect for the sacred nature of the temple. Visitors are asked to uncover their heads upon entering, avoid beach footwear, and refrain from wearing sleeveless shirts, bare shoulders and mini shorts.

- For groups of 7 people and above, the guide will provide explanations using a radio guide system. If you can bring your own headphones, it would be ideal; otherwise, we will provide you with a properly sanitized one.

Cancellation policy
Regarding services and/or products paid in advance, the following cancellation charges will apply:
- If canceled at least 1 calendar day before the tour, no cancellation fee will be applied. Entrance to the monument issued in advance within the specified, NON REFUNDABLE.
- If canceled within 24 hours prior to the tour departure time, a cancellation fee of 100% will be applied.
