- Entrance tickets are issued with the visitors name printed on it. That’s why you must provide ID Card information for each individual ticket during booking. This’s a regulation from the monument’s management.

- Dress code. The Cathedral reminds it’s essential to preserve respect for the sacred nature of the temple. Visitors are asked to uncover their heads upon entering, avoid beach footwear, and refrain from wearing sleeveless shirts, bare shoulders and mini shorts.
- Confirmation will be received by email at the time of booking. Mobile tickets accepted (will not be necessary the voucher printed).
- For groups of 7 people and above, the guide will provide explanations using a radio guide system. If you can bring your own headphones, it would be ideal; otherwise, we will provide you with a properly sanitized one.

- If canceled at least 1 calendar day before the tour, no cancellation fee will be applied. Entrance to the monument issued in advance within the specified, NON REFUNDABLE.
- If canceled within 24 hours prior to the tour departure time, a cancellation fee of 100% will be applied.
