As the spanish writer Antonio Gala told once, \u201cThe worst thing it\u00b4s not that people from Seville think they live in the most beautiful city of the world…the worst thing is that probably they are right\u201d.<\/h1>\n

Of course they are right, Don Antonio! Seville is a Top 10 city to visit<\/strong>, and that\u00b4s an unquestonable truth. And it\u00b4s not only the point of view of Sof\u00eda Persiani<\/em>, who writes this paper, an italian girl who came to Seville to finish her degree in History a few years ago and fell in love with the city forever.<\/p>\n

It\u00b4s also the point of view of many publications which includes Seville in a \u201cTop 10<\/strong>\u201d list of cities that you should get to know. Thus, to write an example, for Travel+Leisure<\/strong>\u00a0it\u00b4s one of the best cities in Europe<\/a><\/strong> (World\u00b4s Best\u00a0Awards, 2015). And the CNN<\/strong> places Seville in the sixth position of the World\u00b4s best cycling cities<\/strong><\/a> list and regards it like the Greatest Cycling city<\/a><\/strong>, with the permission of Amsterdam or Copenhagen.<\/p>\n

Guess how wonderful is Seville that even Mr. Barack\u00a0Obama<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0is coming soon to visit the city (in July 2016), in spite of the heat during this month. A city that owns the the biggest historic centre of Spain and one of the biggest in Europe, sharing this honour with Venecia or Genova.<\/p>\n

Now from my point of view and with no doubt, I would place Seville in my Top 10 list.<\/strong>\u00a0And I tell you the truth, I\u00b4ve been in many wonderful places). So it\u00b4s the reason I love working as a turistic guide in Seville.<\/p>\n

I\u00b4m never tired of walking through its winding and narrow streets, showing magic places to reduced groups. Discovering with them a lot of curiosities and traditions.<\/p>\n

Actually my daily goal is to achieve your falling in love with Seville, like I did. That\u00b4s living and enjoying the city, breathing its fragance, and taking your time discovering it, without rush.<\/p>\n

4 things you should do if you come to\u00a0Seville<\/h1>\n

ONE<\/u>. Walk along the two sides of the Guadalquivir river, discovering at sun-set the magic Triana neighborhood of Seville<\/strong><\/a>. Taste in Triana\u00a0a tapa of Punta de Solomillo<\/em> (pork sirloin) at “Las Golondrinas”.<\/p>\n

TWO<\/u>. Drink a glass of vino de naranja<\/em> (sweet orange wine) in\u00a0taberna \u00c1lvaro Peregil<\/a>.\u00a0There\u00b4s\u00a0a fantastic view of The Giralda of Seville<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

THREE<\/u>. Discover the enchantment of the Santa Cruz neighborhood\u00a0of Seville<\/strong><\/a>, a labyrinth of narrow streets where the old jewish quarter was placed once.<\/p>\n

FOUR<\/u>. Don\u00b4t miss the Plaza de Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>, my favourite place in Seville and one of the most striking monuments in Spain. Did you think It was a coincidence that many movies have been filmed here?<\/p>\n

And don\u00b4t forget to have a beer in the crowded Plaza del Salvador<\/strong>, or to visit some of the Seville\u00a0temples<\/strong>, like the Iglesia de la Macarena<\/em> or the Bas\u00edlica del Gran Poder<\/em>. Besides, to buy some work of art in Plaza del Museo<\/em> street market \u00a0on Sunday; to rent a bike riding it around the city center;\u00a0or to join to some interesting Seville guided tours<\/a>.
